Regular physical exercise can reduce blood sugar and increase physical activity.So not only cycling but also any type of exercise increases activity of body that can also reduce weight of body as well as  excreting from the body which help to reduce Diabetic risk especially type-2 diabetes who are in middle age.

Normal side bending,normal sitting and standing,legs lifting up in supine position,pelvic tilting exercise,chest rising up in prone lying position,after all,any kinds of physical exercise can help to keep body fit.

A researcher has said that in our body there is 10% coagulated carbohydrate which is called "glycogen".This glycogen is used during exercise and also burns.

After all,physical exercise helps to regain this glycogen  which makes strong muscles.Those who are disable or handicapped,after all,who continue minimal physical exercise,they take long time to make insulin hormone.So they are more risky of diabetes than others.
